Pavilion Structure Design
涼亭架構設計
We have four ideas in total.

The first idea was 3D printing, printing the parts of each part of the pavilion separately and then inlaying them together; considering the technical and cost issues, this idea was not adopted.

The second idea was to buy a small model enlarge it with paper boxes; considering the safety issues and feasibility, this plan was not adopted.

The third idea is to use the school's display panels to build a hexagonal pavilion.

In the end, we chose to build a square shape because of its high feasibility and safety. Also, the pavilion bracket will be covered with red drawing paper, and the bottom of the pavilion will be covered with Roman stone wallpaper.
我們總共有四個想法。

第一個想法為3D打印，分別打印涼亭各部份的零件，然後再鑲嵌在一起，考慮到技術和成本問題，沒有採取此想法。

第二個想法是購買一個小模型然後把那個小模型放大幾倍，使用紙皮製作，亦考慮到安全問題及可行性，亦沒有採取此方案。

第三個想法是用學校的展板，砌成一個六角形，形成一個六角的亭。

最後我們選取砌成正方形，由於可行性和安全性較高，且涼亭支架會用紅色畫紙覆蓋着和涼亭底部鋪上羅馬石牆紙。
Pavilion Roof Design
涼亭屋頂設計
We have four ideas in total.

The first idea was to use paper boxes and stick dark green cardboard for the roof, but it was a bit drab.

The second idea is to use corrugated paper to create the effect of tiles, but the effect is not apparent.

The third idea is to use paper boxes, paste dark green drawing paper on top, and add a half-divided toilet paper tube to create the effect of tiles, worrying about the load.

The fourth idea is our final choice, the paper boxes roof is covered with dark green paper, and pastels (earth green and dark olive green) are used for tile shadow bits.
我們總共有四個想法。

第一個想法為使用紙皮並貼上墨綠色卡紙為屋頂，但有點單調。
-
第二個想法使用瓦通紙，營造瓦片的效果，但由於凹凸效果太小，效果並不明顯。
-
第三個想法為使用紙皮並在紙皮貼上墨綠色畫紙，且在最上面加上分為一半的廁紙筒，營造瓦片的效果，擔心負重問題。

第四個想法為我們最終的方案，紙皮屋頂貼上墨綠色畫紙，並用乾粉彩（土綠和深橄欖綠）去做瓦片陰影位。
Vertical Ridge Design
涼亭垂脊設計
We didn't design the part initially, but after referring to different Lingnan gardens, we decided to add this part to enhance the garden's colour sense.
我們原本並沒有設計的部分, 但參考了不同的嶺南庭園，決定增加這部份，增強庭園的色彩感。
Chair-back Balustrade (Meiren Kao) Design
美人靠設計
In the beginning, we decided to use brown paper to make a lantern-like design; however, we were considering the problem of supporting force. Finally, we decided to use kraft card paper covered with brown as the axis and cut brown paper for protruding parts.
一開始我們決定用啡色畫紙去𠝹一個類似燈籠的設計，但是考慮到支撐力的問題。最後我們決定使用灰色硬卡紙並貼上啡色畫紙為軸，凸出部分用啡色畫紙𠝹出來。
Surrounding Decoration
涼亭周圍裝飾
We have four ideas in total.

The first idea is to borrow stones from the school, which is not very likely.

The second idea is to borrow plants from the school.

The third idea is to buy fake foam stones.

The fourth idea is our final choice, covered with coloured stone wallpaper, which is the most cost-effective.
我們總有四個想法。

第一個想法為向學校借石頭，可能性並不高。

第二個想法為向學校借植物。
-
第三個想法為購買泡沫假石頭。
-
第四個想法為我們在選擇的方案，鋪上彩色石頭牆紙，成本效益為最大。
