This workshop will be a micro landscape of the Lingnan garden in making the terrarium. Through the terrarium to create the garden, the participants can put different models of Lingnan garden elements. For example, the square pond, the miniature bonsai, the figure model, stone bridge, pavilion. Our decoration would use a geometric style, which matches the features of the Lingnan garden. It distinguishes the difference between Suzhou Garden and Lingnan garden from the terrarium. More, the Lingnan garden is artificial, so the designer should design the display and the size of the garden. Thus, the participants can be designers to create their garden and learn Lingnan’s culture and the features of Lingnan garden.

本工作坊會以玻璃盆栽的形式去製作嶺南庭園的微景觀， 透過玻璃盆栽去營造庭園的環境，參加者只要在盆栽上放上不同有嶺南元素的小模型，如方形水池，微型盆景，人物模型，石橋，涼亭等。裝飾品主要都選用一些幾何形狀的物件，與嶺南庭園的建築特色相同，想籍此用以小見大的方式去透過玻璃盆栽去見到嶺南庭園的特色，並且與蘇州庭園的不同之處。另外，嶺南庭園是一個人造庭園，所有東西都是設計師去設計擺設和大小，因此，這個工作坊令參加者成為庭園設計師，設計屬於他們的嶺南庭園，從而了解到嶺南文化和嶺南庭園特色。
