Ms. Leung obtained her B.A. in Chinese and History (Cultural Heritage Stream) from CityU and an M.A. in Cultural Management from CUHK. She then earned an advanced diploma in Cantonese Opera Performance from HKAPA and was awarded the HKSAR Government Scholarship Fund and Grantham Scholarships Fund. She learnt the techniques from several tutors, including Ms. Wong Wai Ling, Mr. Zhou Zhenbeng and Ms. Yeung Lai Hung. She started to participate in the Cantonese Opera Young Talent Scheme in 2013, graduated from the Chinese Artists Association of Hong Kong in 2015 and was awarded the Outstanding Student Awards in the process. She has rich performing experience, such as performing "The Reincarnation of Red Plum" in the opening ceremony of the Xiqu Centre, being trained by the 7th Drama Internship Scheme supported by HKADC and being involved in the creation and performance of an experimental show ", To learn To walk". Besides Cantonese Opera, she also performed on stages or in movies of different genres, such as "Dawn" and "Barefoot in the Park".

梁小姐於2016年畢業於香港城市大學中文及歷史學系（文化遺產專修），其後完成了香港中文大學文化管理碩士課程及香港演藝戲曲學院高級文憑(粵劇表演)課程，更獲頒「香港特別行政區政府獎學金」及「葛量洪獎學基金」。 她師隨王惠玲、周鎮邦及楊麗紅老師等學習身段和唱腔，於2013年起參與油麻地粵劇新秀計劃，2015年畢業於‪香港八和粵劇學院，更獲頒「學生優異獎」。她曾參與不同培訓並擁有豐富的戲曲演出經驗，包括在2019年參演戲曲中心開幕演出《再世紅梅記》，幸得藝術總監白雪仙指點，及後參與了藝發局「第七屆戲曲人才培訓計劃」和實驗戲曲《學行》的創作兼演出。她亦曾跨界出演學生電影，如《破曉》和張之鈺舞台劇《老公你好悶》等。
